The UST-1200T Solar Lighting Tower is equipped with 4 × 435W solar panels, an 8 × 200Ah DC12V GEL battery, and 4 × 150W LED lamps that generate 90,000 lumens. Its system has a battery capacity of 19,200Wh (80% DoC) and operates at a DC48V voltage. The tower also features a 5-section mast that reaches a height of 9 meters and includes an electric winch.
The charging time of the UST-1200T Lighting Tower is approximately 8.8 hours, while its operating time is 25.6 hours when fully charged. This ensures continuous and efficient operation over extended periods in mining projects.
The UST-1200T Lighting Tower covers an illumination area of 2,310 square meters with a light intensity of 5 lux. This makes it ideal for lighting large areas in mining projects and other industrial environments.
The UST-1200T Tower allows for an electric rotation of 350° and an electric tilt of 90°. This provides great flexibility in the direction and angle of the light, allowing for precise and adjustable illumination according to the site’s needs.
The UST-1200T Tower uses a 40A MPPT controller. This type of controller maximizes the charging efficiency of the solar panels, ensuring that the battery charges optimally even under varying sunlight conditions. This enhances the reliability and longevity of the lighting.
The UST-1200T Lighting Tower is equipped with safety features such as mechanical brakes and lifting rings to facilitate handling and transportation. Additionally, it has forklift slots and is designed to operate in extreme temperatures, ranging from -35°C to 60°C, ensuring its functionality in various weather conditions.
